Two emails with the same subject, both dealing with different aspects of the proposal that the Master Chief cannot be infected by the Flood:

When Cortana says 'we're all equally edible' he is a little off. The master chief is not 'edible' as she says. As 343GS said only those with sufficient biomass may be infected. So perhaps he may not have been killed if Halo's weapon gone off.
